• Medical diagnosis, examination, treatment, and care services data, laboratory results, test results, prescription information
• Closed-circuit camera system images and recordings, voice recordings during your visit
• Personal data recorded in photos or videos for research, medical confirmation, or patient testimonials with your explicit written consent

For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data are processed for:

• Fulfilling legal obligations under Basic Law on Health Services No. 3359 and other regulations
• Protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services
• Planning and managing health services and their financing
• Providing appointment information
• Planning and managing internal operations
• Creating consent forms, treatment tracking, and information forms
• Billing and identity verification
• Monitoring and preventing abuse and unauthorized transactions
• Responding to questions and complaints about health services
• Responding to requests from the Ministry of Health and public institutions
